Aiding and Abetting
A provision of criminal law for situations where it cannot be shown the party personally carried out the criminal offense, but where another person may have carried out the illegal act(s) as an agent of the charged, working together with or under the direction of the charged party, who is an accessory to the crime.
Arms Trafficking
Burglary
 The unlawful entry into a structure with the intent to commit a crime therein.
Conspiracy
Any agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime followed by any act lawful or unlawful in furtherance of that crime or corroborative of the intent to actually pursue the agreement.
DUI
The crime of operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Intoxication by drugs in the state of Florida includes prescription drugs if such drugs were not that were not prescribed to the person operating the vehicle.
Hit and Run
The act of leaving the scene of an accident before giving the requisite information to the police or other person involved in that same accident.
Obstruction of Justice
The crime of interfering with the work of policeinvestigators, regulatory agencies, prosecutors, or other government officials by use of false information or any other act resulting in the interference of that work.
Perjury
The act of making a false statement under oath.
Stalking
Refers to unwanted or obsessive attention by an individual or group toward another person. Stalking behaviors are related to harassment and intimidation and may include following the victim in person or monitoring them.
Traffic Offenses
Any unlawful act related to the use of a vehicle while operating a vehicle.
