Since July of 2013, Arias and Pereira, PLLC has been impacting the lives of so many in South Florida through various immigration and criminal law matters. Our founders, Maggie Arias and Eddie Pereira, initially encountered one another in their role as Assistant Public Defenders at the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office. The two started in the County Court Division at the PD’s Office representing those charged with misdemeanor offenses. They then moved on to the Felony Division assisting clients in trial preparation and cost reductions associated with pre-trial incarceration. From Assistant Public Defenders to Partner Attorneys, Maggie and Eddie have dedicated their knowledge, skills, and experiences to advocating passionately on behalf of their clients’ rights and to producing life-changing results both inside and outside of the courtroom.
